Plays at the plate hold all the drama because of the consequence one way or the other, but my favorite play in baseball is a right fielder throwing a guy out at third base:
Seeing how nonchalant the runner is in getting to third proves how good of a play that was by Ronald Acuña Jr. It never crossed that runner's mind he could get thrown out from there.
Not to be out done, Fernando Tatis Jr. gunned down ol' friend Josh Bell:
Well, to be fair, Tatis was outdone by Acuña, but a terrific throw all the same.
